step 1: sign up for windows insider program.(optional)if you don't want to join, then go towindows media creation tool page
step 2: download the media creation tool
step 3: you can select upgrade or create an installation media for other pc.(select any of them, but if you choose the second option,you need an activation key but you can choose what type of windows 10 like windows 10 pro,win10 home,win10 proN.etc and whether your pc is 32 bit os or 64 bit os)
step 4: wait for the media creation tool to finish downloading your win10 software.
step 5: in the next step, this tool will verify your download and get some updates.
if you chose the first option to upgrade your pc,
if you choose option 2,
you may choose either for getting it as a bootable usb or iso file.
